The Silent Sender message delivery service helps users send a free message (up to 160 characters) to a recipient of their choosing using a legitimate email address via SilentSender.com (the "Web site") while protecting the sender's identity. The service works by temporarily storing the sender's message on the Silent Sender server and then relays a notification email to the recipient that a message is waiting for them to be picked-up at our website. The recipient returns to our site with a unique tracking number, which they enter to receive their message.

NOTE: The message is stored on the server for "up to" seven days or until the message is read. If the message is not retrieved in seven days, the message is automatically deleted from the Silent Sender server and is not retrievable. After the recipient reads the message, they may reply to it for a fee or it will be automatically deleted from the Silent Sender server and is not retrievable.

The enhanced "paid for" service provides the user with the ability to send a typed message (up to 10 pages) and attach up to three image files to be printed and sent via a delivery carrier selected by the user. Once the order is processed and sent via the selected carrier, the original message and image files are deleted from the Silent Sender server and cannot be retrieved.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or Recipients name and mailing address.
